William J. Patchett Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer	The founder of P2 Telecom, Bill brings almost 20 years of telecommunications sales and executive leadership experience. Prior to launching P2 Telecom, Bill was the executive director for MetTel, an East Coast CLEC. There he helped evolve them from a residential service base to an agent based business with billings over $100 million. Before MetTel, Bill was Director of Alternate Channels at Broadview Networks. Bill started his career at Frontier Communications, Bill has a profound understanding of the critical need today for connectivity amongst a business’s communications applications. That led him to start P2 Telecom and offer the model of “completing” the total communications solution for its customers. In his role as CEO, Bill makes sure that P2 has the best and most competitive suite of products and services available to its clients and sales agents. At P2, Bill is responsible for evaluating and maintaining its strategic carrier partner relationships, is directly involved in the design and implementation of P2’s hosted VoIP platforms, and provides leadership to the day-to-day service organization. Bill also plays a strategic role with the company as the leader in the assessment of emerging new technologies and in exploring business expansion and acquisition opportunities.

Sean O’Connor Chief Operating Officer	Sean is responsible for the P2 Telecom Customer Experience, leading the customer service staff as well as P2 Telecom’s office infrastructure and day-to-day operations. Sean administers agent contracts as well as oversees commission accounting and accounts payable. Prior to joining P2 Telecom, Sean was the CEO of Elite Financial Services, a start-up business he grew to 35 people. Sean specializes in the development of business work processes and improving operational efficiencies, an expertise he has deployed at P2. A Wharton School of Business graduate, Sean and his family reside in Stamford, Connecticut.
